no regrets, do you know what that means

in chicago, one of our fave meals (there was a close runner up, i will mention later) was at graham elliot's grahamwich.
located right in the heart of the loop.
absolutely brilliant.
so delicious that you wonder how a simple sandwich can be so damn good.

the collective fave, i think i can safely say, was the grilled cheese.
but i mean, everything was pretty bang-on-stellar.

the cherry on top was... we just beat the lunch rush. literally.
after we ordered, there was a lineup out the door.
score.

oh, and we got seats. all seven of us. in the tiny seating section.
double score.

ps. happy friday. my week was pretty short. and this weekend we gain an hour with daylight savings.
